At Work
- I can work alone or in groups, but I prefer to contribute to something as a member of a team.
- I like to work hard and accomplish a lot while having fun in a creative, relaxed atmosphere.
- I would like to work in a place where I truly care about the success of the organization and feel that I can make a difference for people that use their product or service.
- As I learn and gain experience in an organization, I like to take on leadership roles in the areas that interest me the most.
At Home
- Though I have taken some programming classes in high school and college, I am largely a self-taught programmer. I enjoy learning new things, especially when it helps me accomplish something I've decided I want to do. I code html by hand in a text editor.
- I enjoy many genres of movies, but particularly like classics such as The Manchurian Candidate, The Philadelphia Story, and Gone With The Wind.
- I have been involved in community service organizations for many years and love the intelligent, dedicated, and funny people I've met along the way. Whatever direction life takes me, I'd like to be involved in giving back to the community.
- I am interested in current tech-related issues and entities such as net neutrality, free culture, and Creative Commons.
